Its in the manual, chapter 33 (page 522).
If you dont have , just ask i'll send it.
Normally one can get to the manual inside the sequenser by clicking > help > read...

Dear Ableton
Please make key commands reassignable.
While you are at it, please make follow actions MIDI-mappable, and allow users to set default follow actions settings upon clip creation.
Do this and Ableton will be awesome.

Vitamine L was a nice tool for this.
But it currently doesnt support ableton 8 or windows 7, maybe in the future... or indeed ableton implementing this.
@ Axis Mundi:What you mean exactly by making follow actions MIDI-mapable? If follow actions are connnected to clips or scenes, when one lunch a clip or scene -with MIDI- it will play the clip/scene and do the action as programmed.

I mean, make the numbers of the ratio, and the actions themselves able to be assigned to a MIDI hardware controller, so I can create a clip and edit the follow actions with knobs and buttons and not have to do tedious mouse clicking and typing in my live set.
While I'm at it, it would be awesome to make record quantization (different from master quantization) the same way (instead of tucked away at the end of the edit menu without hotkeys etc.).
