Actually most Apple software are allready working and by march All the Apple software will be working - working means natively.

not natively - all apps can work even today - through a 'converter' of a sort.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

so wait you ae saying most programs work already without this converter and by march they will all work without this converter? what about say sx2?or other older versions are they updating the OS or what is the deal with it?

isnt this emulator or converter going to cause stability problems or sacrafice system performance?

If you are thinking about buying a new mac or the new MacBook Pro (free McDonalds burgers with that ), hold on to your precious cash and see what happens with the new CPU/OS development.           Me>You

@FaceHead

Cubase is not an Apple software.
It's up to steinberg when they will port their software to universal binary code.

And yes, the emulator sacrifices system performance - that means running pro applications for hard processing is not going to be great.
Programs like Office etc will run allright.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
