Well, i think it has a good feel to it, kick and bass are allright but needs more stuff ontop. It's crying out for some percussions or percussive synths - there's almost nothing that's grooving in there apart from the hihats and snare (which is a tad lifeless, no?).
Nice synth that enters around 0.45 and 1.20 but stops for a while and then plays again - i think you can do more stuff with that.
Matrix samples are overused but they stick well in here so keep them i say.
Also there are some sounds that sound very backgroundish whereas they should be more upfront and "alive" (the pad at the start for instance, or the squeeks after 0.45).
Generally i think you got a potentially good base for a track that needs a lot of sculpturing if it is to stand out and shine.

agree with the above comment, nice but needs more going on. doesn't have to be all over the place sounds, just more detail and more things that keep the listener intrested.
