I would like to praise E-MU and thier excellent product support.
my 1820 audio dock broke. i wrote the company and recieved detailed instructiosn on diagnostic checks to try.
when all else failed they offered to replace the unit.
all this was done in a swift courteous and caring manner, and thru out the entire process i felt like i was being "taken cared of".
We do not take the time to discuss the emtional impact of equipemnt failure, but the day my unit stiped working was one of the saddest days of the year. The importance of good support is tremendous to restore calmn and happyness.
