A vst which simulates the sampling technique used by Akai samplers?

Hi!
I wonder if anyone knows of a vst plugin which emulates the old Akai samplers and where you can decide how long time you want to sample a instrument.
Hope anyone can give me some advice.

I'm a reason user so not much help from me, but shouldn't most of them have the decay knob you could automate?
