99% of the music is built on 8 bars sections. you can't divide 8 with 3. or 8 with 5. i can devide 8 bars to 4 or 2 bars loops.

That’s exactly the point of Medea’s method:
1) Break away from the 8-bar stereotype
2) Layer your standard-length loops with other loops of strange length, so that the listener gets tricked and does not perceive “loopiness” of your music.
If you overlay a 4-bar loop with another 4-bar loop and a 2-bar loop, you’ll hear the repetitive structure of all three loops. If you overlay a 4-bar loop with a 3-bar loop and a 5-bar loop, the resulting combination repeats itself only after 60 bars. So, listeners are tricked into hearing a long evolving part, rather than an endlessly repeating 4-bar bit.
Cool trick!

1 bar = 1 whole note = 4 kicks in 4/4!
To the topic: It really doesn't matter what the time signature or tempo is. What you gotta focus on is creating a hypnotic pulse that grooves.
Once BPMs start to climb, it's hard to maintain that pulse/groove in 4/4. That's why D'n B can groove at 180 BPM, but a 4/4 kick can't.
Hypnotic pulse = infinity loop. Something that'll keep your head nodding for a long period without feeling stagnant. Once you find that loop, make variations to THAT, and then your sh*t will come together.
