i have adsl (And the extra package with 1.5mbit)
it loads fast but i hate flash websites with lots of animations that annoying and just try to make u impress
!
there was an article on that in www.nana.co.il (don't remember the link..)
that compilcated flash designs will make the visitors annoyed and they will not visit the site.
