This is the mockup I've worked up. I already have a team of about 4 willing to work with me. My youtube videos were just the beginning of a much larger plan. Go to the site and read the first post and fire me an e-mail if you are interested in contributing.
Also I will be installing a multilanguage pack so the site is viewable in many different languages as I know the psy community is all over the world 
Site will contain:
- tutorials for all daws / many plugins / production techniques
- articles on music production, latest news, hardware/software reviews, artist interviews. (if you are a signed artist interested in an interview fire me an e-mail)
- samples/loops/refills
- promotion for contributors, ill post performances on a calendar and hopefully people will chime in and post how the party was!
This site has several agendas in my eyes. One is to educate. Two is to expand my knowledge of php. Three is to take over google and become the largest and best damn audio resource on the web. After overheads are met and profits are being seen discussion will take place about payment to the people who contribute the most. I'm obviously not going to pay someone for reviewing a party they went to. I will be paying those who provide the most content. The individuals I select for these tasks will be few but quality over quantity. It will be a public community but only contributors will have access to post things like articles and tutorials. Regular users will be limited to certain areas to post in of course. I will also be adding a forum. Once the site is running with plenty of content I will purchase hosting for it or possibly a dedicated server as this is not nearly the end of my web design endeavors. I will offer incentives to people who donate money such as special tutorials and sample packs.
Anyways the name is up for discussion its kind of a place holder at the moment, but the goal here is to take over google as far as music production goes. Don't get me wrong I do not believe it is an easy task however it is feasible with the right team of people on the job. As far as marketing and how we will make money, I have it all figured out already. I am well versed in e-commerce as well as marketing through search engines. And elsewhere. I started my youtube about 6 weeks ago and I now have 12,000 views So you can see where this is going.

if you have a piece of gear you would like to review please just put your handle, web url/myspace whatever and send me the text in pm. I'll edit the review so that its in proper english so even those with poor english can contribute. I'll also link to your myspace or website. eventually any user will be able to do this once I have given them a certain level of access and it will automatically upload to the database with no need for any website maintenance
the bitch now is just getting the database structure up in its entirety to handle the wide variety of aspects this site will have.

unfortunately due to the scale of this project i may have to tear down what i've done thus far and redo it with another platform called drupal. i've discussed with more experienced people and they say that wordpress cant handle a site as large as im trying to do it.
also guys i'm very grateful for the response here. i've always viewed a site like this as something necessary. nobody will sign me as an artist so i will use my other skills to contribute. i believe i've already built my main team probably just 2-3 more people.
after the site launches probably 4-6 months after launch and i have data on unique hits/ revenue from ads etc. i will be able to create a projection and i will then form a profit sharing contract with the contributors.
