just a fast question:

what is the combination of keycommands in cubase sx that slices enterely the audio file.

Just choose the scissor tool,
choose the quantize u want it cut, and press alt + click on the portion u want cut.

double click the .wav
choose type of cut (vocal , drum etc.)
then play with senstivity of slicing.
