I have recently started to use analog input of Juli@ a lot, for recording a hardware synth, and noticed a strange hi-freq artifacts in the recorded sounds. They are inaudiple when the sound is playing. But when the input is turned on you can hear them quite well, in earphones especially.
I have nothing against noise  but i have nothing against linear noise...
Here's the screenshot of the spectrum of recorded sound. (the sound was normalized to -22dB)

Ah, and the question: does your Juli@ behaves the same way?
