Hello dear friends!
i want to go yo the Boom Festival 2006 in Portugal this August.
i will be in Japan at that time.
i looked for a flight ticket online stores & it seems that the price to Portugal will be 3 times more expensive in august, than the price now...
i know august is the travel season in Japan, but why is it so Takai?

maybe there is someone who organize a deal
to this festival from Japan??

maybe someone knows about a less expensive ticket store???

any help?

thank,

Roi

because all workers have vacation just like every other big cities'.

Schools are out, it's time for agency to make money.

If you book cheap tickets by now, you should get some good rates.

all time trick is go to bangkok first and buy cheaper tickets whici I certainly do not know at busy season thou.

good luck pal

DS is right, leave from another country. From India, mainly Bombay, you will find charther flights to Heathrow. I donエt think you will find charters to Lisbon. Plus, donエt forget that Japan has 4 cities among the 20 most expensive to live in the world rank. Tokyo and Osaka the leading this rank. You may apply this to the flight tickets price too, even in low season.

Peace and Love.

there are 2 extremely expensive times to fly internationally from japan. 1- golden week (april 29 to about may-7) and 2- Obon holiday (aug- 12 to the 15th). flying around these times prices will triple!

BUT...sometimes u can find a reasonable ticket immediately before these dates....so try looking at flights on aug. 8-11th.....you might get lucky!!

another option is to look at flights from korea. taking a boat there from japan isn't too much!

good luck!
