I saw that the topic was locked on this one so I thought I would do a proper review.
1. A Pinch of Psychedelic - Space Tribe
This track starts off with the audience cheering, and varied whooshes and whirs. It ain't long till the bass drum comes in and brings a 303 like acid line with it. The synthline comes in and gives me a "nowhere to run" kind of vibe. Nice, and very powerful. The bassline carries the track, not allowing you to catch your breath. Very Nice track. 8/10
2. Fully Awake - Electric Universe
Filthy! That is how I describe the acid line that starts off the track. The bassline signals the end of your life as you know it as your head starts to bob. You can't help it, and maybe you don't want to! The strings in the background make you nervous as the power of this track slowly but surely starts to asphyxiate you. When the main melody comes in...it's too late. Full-on Psychedelic Nirvana! Magic baby! 10/10
3. Dead Serious - Space Tribe/Sirius Isness
Thin guitar riff starts this track with the promise of something further. Bassline comes in and becomes very funky. Head bobbin? Check. Insert hi-hats with assorted psychedelia. A skosh of guitar panned left and right, with just the right amount of distorted synths. Movement is confirmed. Good track! 8/10
4. On Air - CPU
Fat kicks with aggresive basslines and distorted psychedelia. This is his trademark, and it continues here. A very powerful track that keeps you moving. Great track 9.0/10
5. Pheromone .415 - Dark Nebula
What the hell happened to my journey? I am not familiar with Dark Nebula's work and maybe this is just the type of track he does, but this is kind of a progressive tune that doesn't really progress. With that, it totally takes the away the momentum that was built with the previous 4 tracks. No offense to the artist, as this is just my opinion, but I won't shed any tears if I never hear this track again. Woefully misplaced in this comp. 4/10.
6. Imaginary Headphones - Eskimo,Lego Head, and Ozzy
This one starts off with a puchy bassline and I like the way it is manipulated. Not much melody, but you can feel it building. But again, another tune that doesn't go anywhere. This is a "ram the rhythm down your throat track" and not a bad one. However I think it could've been better. Also quite short at 5.5 minutes. 7.0/10
7. Sapporo - Theoreme
Ok, we've hit a lull so hopefully Theoreme will pick it back up. This is his style, just pounding you over the head with a huge kick and angry bassline. When the synths come in its craziness takes flight. I feel like I have been shoved down the stairs...and I love it! When the next melody comes in around 3 and 1/2 minutes, it is pretty cool, and gives an apprehensive feeling. A punch to the gut and a kick to the face, but I cannot turn away! This was a nice recovery. There are a lot of sounds going on at the same time, but it works for me. 7.5/10
8. Hellfire - Psywalker
Hear that religious sample? Don't worry if you missed it, it will appear quite frequently. Typical full-on track, this one with a lot of metallic-sounding leads and some cool acid lines. Certainly gets you moving with psysounds belting you even if the bassline is not so impressive. Really cool melody at the 5'10" mark, very goa-like. Good track. 7.5/10.
9. Fullon String - Safi Connection
I guess this is the "outro", meant to allow you to catch your breath after the psychedelic beatdown of the previous tracks. While it is more sublime it doesn't evoke any emotion for me. This has a proggy feel to it and I expected an eerie atmosphere to be fleshed out. I don't know why, just did. This track also doesn't seem to belong on this comp. It's not a bad track, just not great. 6/10.
I am not a DJ. I have never been to a festival. Hell, I have never been to a psytrance party. I am merely a home and car listener. But I know what I like. This comp is worth purchasing for the Electric Universe track alone. As you can tell, I like the first half of the comp better than the second, but I still think this is worth owning.
Favorite tracks: 2(OMFG!)4,3,1,7,8.

One of the best Space Tribe releases so far, only the dark nebula track doesnt sound like dark nebula, all other tracks kick ass.
A must for every psy trance dj set,
