well...
my question is bit complicated so i'll start a small descussion with myself  (hopefully u will join me  )
any way...
i was about to buy a new sound card, now i was wondering why the hell should i have a Poor\Med\Best Sound card...
what does it helps ?
i mean why shouldnt i just buy a good midi card, for ex. Midi Man or Steinbergs Midex 3
that are just giving me midi control...
i mean i dont plan on recording live voices or anything like that... and all my samples are in giga format so...
can u tell me the benefits of a good-best sound card ? i went over some aadvark and RME and creamware (sorry for bad spelling...)
and which sound card whould you recomend me on buying ? |

Its all about latency and 1001 more things...
Recording is one of the reasons but there are many many more, its definetelly necessary if you're serious about making some music...
But as trip said, its been covered in this forum countless times, one of them quite recently...
