^I think we can have a Pm for such scenes. If there is a party happening a PM can be sent to all the peopl on that PM list
for eg we can have a PM list for Mumbai users, another one for Bangalore users etc.. so on and so forth.
does that sound like a good idea?

Yes I'm sure there are tons of other ways to promote gigs rather than just using the forum..
We have already made that mistake and must not do it again..
Be it PM or whatever it still isn't a good idea IMHO..
Rather use the India section for more constructive things other than just merely promoting party's..
