i have one thing for you to do..
Change the name of the track and then the contract will be useless....
the contract is about the name of the track and as long as it's didnt released you can change the name of it and release it in other lable.
no lawyer's or somthing like that needed,

is stolen your tracks, because all the DARK tracks
that i heard from him was with Iron madness
and alone, and the style was very close, no way - it's got to be from yakir.. |

it's Hard To Me To Believe That Yakir Will Do that thing..this person is a big talent..and iam very priciating him..that what you just said here..suprised me very much...
by the way..the track isn't released..so..may be..is the mistake of the net?
by the way posts like that..is no right to post...\:..

The net has not been mentioned... if you read the first post in this thread you will see that Phonosys was called by friends after Yakir had given them Phonosys's tracks and told them they were his... also Dr. Borris spoke with the man himself and was told that by Yakir that he had written a track Boris knew had been written by someone else. That's pretty convincing.
Yakir may well be very talented and a good friend to those who know him but shit like this stinks bad... if he's innocent he should let us know, and then we might stop taking the piss.

sd.6 is a dirty dirty thief. in some third world countries the punishment for stealing is having your hand cut off, by this law yakir probably deserves at least both his hands cut off because it seems like he stole more than once.
most facts have already been said. i heard phonosys - musicphobic all the way through its making's drafts to the final version of it, which was at least 2 and a half years ago, more like 3.
yakir took the track, put some filters & eq on it, and he calls it his own. still its been made from a 192khz mp3 so on accurate enough speakers.... mmmmm not even mentioning that fabulous remix of his for sub6 (cough).
remember what momy told you yakir?

I would like it to be in the spirit of your track on "v/a - Hate". Please add a bit more atmosphere, some deep underlying melodies and some sounds that should feel like raindrops on your head from the sky. On a serious note, I feel sorry for Phobosys and I understand his frustration. What SD.6 has done here is totally unacceptable and shows that he has no respect towards artists and all the hard work they put down in a track.
I have not heard a SD.6 track myself, but by reading this thread (and others) it seems like a lot of people like his music. He might be a talented musician, but after pulling a stunt like this I don't think anyone can take him serious.
