i am looking for a good delay that can feedback
for infinite time for loopong with out distortion or clips, any idea ?

Cut + paste the audio you want to repeat, and just keep repeating it? That way you can fade it in and out, EQ the repeats to make it sound like there's a filter on the feedback, edit or process some repeats in different ways...           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

on the ohmboyz delay there's this sustainded loop button, you may try out this one or the psp/lexicon delay's i heard are very versatile

Since the first signal you send into this curcuit will stay there for an infinity the more signals you add into it the more you will saturate the signals running in your loop and that will cause distortion since you will sooner or later cross 0 dB.           Demand recognition for the Armenian genocide 1915

Sorry im really tired at the moment, not sure i understand the question correct, you mean if you have a continuous decaying tone or a high transient sound like a snare?
