1. There would be no more crappy music, since all art would be made from the heart, not for profit.
2. With the absence of laws, prisons and police (and "stupid" people) the persecution of the psytrance culture would be a thing of the past.
3. No need to worry about "what would it cost?" anymore. We have the friggin resources!!  We always had.

When somebody invents something that can really substitute money for trade, prices for values and market as the best mean for allocating resources, then it will happen. No need to force it.
(but i hardly thing that invent something that can do all that is possible)

There will still be tons of crappy music, seeing as there will still be novices making music that sucks, and there will undoubtedly be people that still like hip hop

Economics though is the most deceptive subject because so often you get the exact opposite of what you would expect.
Considering there is no profit in psytrance, ironically there has never been more crappy music being put out.
Lack of true competition breads mediocrity..its pretty much true in every aspect of life and why I would not want to live in the world described.

We wont outgrow the need for laws in the near future, but it is the goal.
