A few Questions about a Chill-Out / Dub / Mellow Festival in France..

Hello dear fellows ! 
Some of U might know that I am dreaming about being able to set up an event in France which would be a meeting between the Musicians involved in Chill Out / Dub / Mellow / Down Tempo / World / Trip Hop / and so on Creation..
A few questions come to my mind :
- Who U people be interessed/ready to gather in such an event, even if it's not close to Paris ?
- The Parties we have already set up around here (in Alsace) never featured any Live-Act.. So I don't really have a clue about stage organisation, equipement required and so on... So would anybody be ready to give some help in this particular part of the job ?
- and last but not least... Would any french artist be ready for such an event ?? I mean.. could the readers here who might know or have contacts with any of them speak a little bit about such an idea ?
I'm dreaming about Toires, Aes Dana, why not Digital Mystery Tour... who knows.. maybe Asura ? (lol)
- Last really question : Am I crazy dreaming about something like this ??

My answers & opinions :
1 - Yes, if it can be easily accessed by train...
2 - I don't really care about a live act, I care about good music
3 - You might want to contact the Ultimae label for a partnership in such an event.

First of all, you are not a dreamer but someone that want to have the trance scene moovbing
And I think it do need such people 
1 - speaking for me, yes i would be interessed
2 - after 10 years of event organization in france, should you need help, I ll be please to help you (I still have good contacts for technical providing in your area)
3 - I have some contacts here, in italy, I'll be please to talk about your idea

Well.. thanks a lot for these firsts answers, it's quite encouraging !
Forgot to tell You about a reason why of such an event : there are so many talented artists with a worldwide impact around here and we sooo rarely have any occasion to listen to them...

About G. Le Mar btw he already knows about the "region" as he came (twice I think) in a little club called ParkHaus really not far from the city where I live in (about 30 km), in Germany..

Entheogenic are not french but living in France, would be fantastic to have them for sure !!
Ott would be a super big badaboOm excitement !
Shpongle would be..... ehmmm for a bit later I think.. because of the price for such a Live-Act.

you can hear her voice is tunes such as

and I'm sure there's more..
i'm informed that she will release her solo album in 2004..
on top of that she did one of the best chill out sets @ samothraki 2003..
