Yeah. Halcyon Days (with Stephen Kent and Ken Newby) is my long time favorite release with his name on it. He has a lot of excellent titles under his belt. I also suggest Western Spaces, Kiva, Dust to Dust, Cavern of Sirens, and The Magnificent Void. |

I can highly recommend his recent work 'Dynamic Stillness', both discs offer sounds of aching beauty and depth and also 'Mystic Chords and Sacred Spaces', in a similar vein perhaps a tad darker in places and more menacing....
much work to check out for sure |

discovered roach only late 2007 when I received the Kairos DVD...a good place to start as it blends bits from his catalog...track 4 'etheric planet' immediately struck my interest, the sounds of micro organisms amplified 1000 times...i am searching for this sound.
for psy heads i reckon 'possible planet' would do the trick.. deep alien insect sounds, distant planetary rumblings.
other recomendations-
'Early Man' - deep patterns and distant thuds.
'Dream Circle' is one of his best single track albums...its like swinging on a pendulum in space.
'Terraform'- collaboration with Loren Nerell... buzzing of crickets and undercurrents
great thread...more roach recomendations please.
