well i dont know if this is the right place for this one..but im sure it shouldnt be in another area..so this is what i say:
i think that there are manny israelis that love, listen & enjoys chill/downt tempo/ambient/idm or what ever u name it..yet there are few places that do respect this music & its lovres..i belive that this music is going twords the true defenition of the psychedelic culture & it ruts, & i belive that i am not the only one that thinks like that.when i take part in a chill event, as a fan or as a dj,i feel only good vibes & the enjoyment from the ppl.i think that in israel we have great chill musicans,dj's & crowed.(and aleph zero as the only israeli label that is dedicate & is very sacssesfull in the world) yet this scene is not ivolving couse ppl that own places think that it is only a background music for a coffee house etc.
i think the the party orgenisers underastimate this music & its influence.i think that you can give this kind of music its place in partys.
wether its a chill out room in clubs, in the beginig & @ the end of partys, & of course in festivals like this year we had a good example in the taz festival which its chill out area whs intesting & alive in the same time while the main stage was full.i think its time we join to the psychedlic world tribe in this section as well...

Well Elad,nothing new here... in every big festival u have chill area and also have in those big events live bands....usualy they do it near the camp...
for example in Boom Festival u have all the things that we are talking about.....
Chill music is nice but will never attract ppl only couse of the chill.. ppl come to partys to dance and take out energys, when u feel tired u go to the chill zone to relax alittle bit... no more then that..
chill will never be the main stage or main event in festivals or partys...

I'm with you with more chill needed around
how ever .. i think that the israeli scene started from a direct goa influence ..
did any one ever seen a chill space in a party in goa , ever??!!

well i think that the basis of psychedelica ,electronic music & trance is all about inovation & thinking one step further..
if it hadnt been done does not meen that it doese have place..you know everything have to start somewhere..

I think chill zone is important of big parties. Its give us the chans to relax from speed music for some periud of time... |

im with u big time baba amotz!! its time for ravolution! 
first of all i think ppl afraid from the word "chill" ..especially in israel...
as a "chill artist" i dont like to use this term too much but sometimes i dont have a chioce..
so the main question is "what u mean when u say chill madafaka?" or "what is chill"
the same question asked before about the word "trance" with all that generes..ppl learned that is so much diffeerent trance music that u cant just say trance (or transim in hebrew  )! there is much more behind the term..
so ppl just need to open their mind and they will see that chill can be really diverse !
chill is not necesery beatless..and some of it can be really dancable...just open your mind u crazy mainstream motherfuckers! (i said it in a chilling way  )
this is the new underground! so start chilling cuase if u not chilling u r not benadam!

Chill/Downtempo/ambient should be played live and can also attract people when it's on live band... take for example J.Viewz , Shpongle , Younger Brother - it can easily be danced and attract people.. just needed to play well..
Make chill-out , ambient , etc more LIVE and it'll attract more people, I see that Shulman live is doing well and so does others, keep up guys ! |

my freind! im with you! i think it is time that we will have our own chill event & i tell you right now that im willling to orgenise the artists & the event but i need people with me..if there are seriouce people that are wiiling to orgenise such an event feel free 2 contact me.
