why asio4all?
choose your sound card directly- which sound card you have?
if the driver you choosed is not the right one you might have such problems, latency and other
and- if it's only in trilogy did you tried to uninstal it and reinstall?
and does it happens even on a new project only with trilogy and kick on audio channel?
*no plugins and effect Space is the place

when i choose my sound card ( Sigmatel Audio ) it all sounds messed up like in the sample ,like i said it works fine just when i put asio4all , but the export still sounds like this ..i've tried anything you said except reinstall trilogy , and i don't think that'll fix it ..the buffer length in asio4all is 512 and that's why it works smooth but when i increase it to 2048 for example again this problem comes.. any other suggestions ?
p.s thx for helping |

i know that for the spectrasonics plugs trilogy/atmosphere, i need to set my card's latency a lot lower than i would for all my other vst's. i usually make my trilogy bass first, with the low latency - bounce it down and use it as audio |

OK.. I Will assume you are using FL Studio becoz this is a classic problem between Trilogy and FL ...
here is your solution:
get this file(TrilogyProxy.dll): http://download.yousendit.com/CC28A3676D96A627
and place it in the same folder as your Trilogy.dll.
so you will have Triogy.dll AND TrilogyProxy.dll on the same folder.
Now in fruity loops. do a quick refresh for the program to recognize the new dll. and then instead of adding the Trilogy plugin. you add the TrilogyProxy.
this will fix your problem.
mind you.. this was one of the many reasons I left FL Studio and went to Cubase.
good luck.
OBS.: If you want to fix Atmosphere, duplicate the TrilogyProxy.dll and rename it to AtmosphereProxy.dll and put it in the same folder as Atmosphere.dll ... resuming.. do the same as with trilogy. |

I will tell u what...
this new DLL does not completely FIX the problem. it masks it. lets say that before using the DLL you were having lets say 50ms "delay on the bass"... now with the new the DLL all it does is shorten this time to an ALMOST unnoticeable value. but with VERY FAST notes and highly concentrated ears you can still notice the problem.
and theres more things I don't like about FL...
- the fact that it doesn't have auto delay comp.. have you ever tried using a PSP VintageWarmer (for example) on an insert and playing it back in real time? try that and see what happens.
and a few other minor problems...
but theres some things I like also.. ehehe. I guess I would be a very happy man when some company comes up with a mix between cubase and fl... that would be like a dream.
anyway. hope u guys enjoy the little fix. I had a hard time before figuring out how to solve this problem! |

ohh man u missed it!
its there , in the mixer bottom
easy channel pre/post timing
adjust to ms or beats...
read "whats new" file always helps heaps !
so if thats it i can keep sleep in quite knowing i use the most advence audio softwre.
now just offline process and i cant see any cubase adventage at all... but im no cubase master just made couple of tracks on it. www.sattelbattle.com

yeah man I knew that... but as I said.. its not AUTO.. u gotta go there and set it..
i mean.. the software already knows that it has to set a delay. it even calculates it for you. why does it leave to you go there and activate the delay comp.
anyway it is just these little things that drives me crazy... but one thing in FL that cannot be beaten is its simplicity.. it lets your mind run free while sequencing. I guess each has its flaws.. while FL studio is way better for putting your ideas together. Cubase stands out in the mixing...
I guess It will be always like this.. unless they release the FruBase Studio.
ayee.. lol!
regards mate! |
