i dunno about weirdo, perhaps Ulf here can provide the answer.
911 is the emergency response center in the USA. it encompasses paramedic response teams, police and SWAT, Firefighters and various municipal rescue services.

Jason: The track was written in -99, so it acually happened long before "the" 9/11....
I think the theme for it was "Call 911, things are getting waaaaay to crazy!" =)
