I know the Oscar is not the best festival in quality terms, but this year I was toltally surprised about the nominations.
Movies like American Gangster that usually would be favorites, were replaced for sweet-comedy movies like Juno. Which I thought it was good. Made me laugh a lot.
And the Coen Brothers actually made it this time.
Even the Academy (which doesn't have high standards imo) had to nominate them.
So what's your opinion about it the winners???
I think for Best Pitcure, Best Actor(s), Best Adapted Screenplay, Direction and Art Direction were pretty fair.
Daniel Day-Lewis was incredible as Daniel Plainview.
And the Coen Brothers are just amazing.
But most people were actualy comparing No Country For Old Men with Fargo.
I'm pretty sure it's not as good as Fargo.
But still, what a great movie.

I watched Juno last night. I loved the movie. It's funny at the same time showing some really good points on women's lives.
Amazing act from Ellen Page, she desereved that nomination sooooooooooo much
Daniel Day-Lewis incredible indeed
Oh, and the best supporting Actress, Tilda Swinton, was definitely one of my favorites from this year Oscar
She's just so special and different, and Everytime Im watching one of her movies, I feel Im looking at an alien from some other planet. Congrads to Tilda Alien

It's time to move on to the next step in the psychedelic revolution. We've reached a certain point, but we're not moving any more.
