 Greetings from 6362MetaForce!!
EARTHDANCE is the world's largest simultaneous music and dance event, dedicated to promoting world peace through music and movement. Earthdance happens every year in more than 200 locations throughout the globe.
This year, 6362MetaForce raises the Earthdance flag over the 5 boroughs for the first time with a day-to-night event featuring psychedelic electronic music, yoga and movement classes, good vibes & stomping feet!
We will welcome SLACKBABA (Liquid Records, UK) to NYC for the first time with a 2-hour LiVE Set - hot on the heels of the release of his recent album "Perverting Mankind". As one of a new generation of British psychedelic artists, Slackbaba’s individual style has produced some memorable live sets; turning down tempo audiences into full tribal stompers and delivering his cross-boundary hybrid grooves with impunity. His music draws the listener through a labyrinth of pulsing rhythms and mind-bending sonic states, demonstrating his skills in sound manipulation and delivering a new take on psychedelic electronica.
Slackbaba will be complemented by our own SuKhush (Altar Records/6362MetaForce) - LiVE ((before)) and late night stomping dark psy delivered by Vishwaatmaaa (Psybaba Records/6362MetaForce) - ((after)) - and we'll have plenty more psychedlic sounds for you to feast on throughout the night!
Earthdance is a charity event. $1 of your ticket price will go to Earthdance International (www.earthdance.org) and profits will be donated to Earth Citizen movement to support tree-planting in New York City. Yoga and movement classes will be hosted by our event partner, Dahn Yoga.

Oh man! I'm missing the first [total] night psy party of the summer! But I'll be in Uganda for 2 years so it'll have to wait! ;-) then I can travel the world from there and make my way back to area code 6362! hehe
Are you going to have video linkage to other dancing parties of the world?!
