hello everyone .. 
i am abt to buy monitors nxt month .. and come onn....
this is surely not another monitor / speaker thread and im surely also not going to ask u which ones are the best .. or which ones are specially made to record vocals ... baah !
i have 550 USD budget for speakers and so pls recommend me all the ones tht i should consider buying in this price range ....
also as i stay in india , if i dont get the speakers here ., how much extra will it cost me than the retail price , if i was to import the speakers ... ?

NS-10M`s...yamaha...n wit tht some other mid range thing...should be more thn 550..but amazin...i dun no if the yr still in production..i guess not..but try....

Bro... the questions ya been askin in the forums...contradict wit wht ya have mentioned in ya profile ...in the Occupation slot...it states tht ya r a SOUND ENGINEER.

But if you import them yourself in India, you better know how to get them through customs without paying duty or else...you'll end up paying a whole lot more.
Find out in Bombay or Delhi is someone can get them for you, and then you will probably pay a little bit more than $500 |

you always shouls listen to a pair of monitors before you buy it , maybe what is good for some persons doesn´t fit you.
If you want a cheap but good quality monitors , try the Alesis MkII (I prefer the not active ones).

the Yamaha ns-10 are no longer beeing made there for i would NOT recomend to buy them....
if u will have a prob' and need spare parts u will not have the company to back u up....
i think the Tannoy reveal are good and i think should be around that budget...
