Hi psyaliens

Im thinking on buying a laptop toshiba...the specifications are perfect...processor centrino intel dual core 1.86....etc....etc...
The only thing that worries me is that the hard drive is 5400 rpm instead of 7200 rpm
im living in barcelona and i cant find any toshiba even with top caracteristics with 7200rpm in the hard drive...
Do u guys think that it makes a lot of a diference the 5400 for a 7200 and i should not buy it?
I apreciate your opinion...

5400 is fine for basic audio use but it you want to use a lot of audio tracks then 7200 is recommended. Laptop hard drives are replaceable but I don't know how much they cost. If you want to replace the internal hard drive with a faster model, you could also buy an external enclosure for the old one and use it to store your sample library or mp3s or other data on it. No point in wasting a perfectly good drive!
