I heard that Dado (Deedrah) is going to release an album with this kind of quality...
now ....
my Q is : what 5.1 means?
and....whats the diffrent between 5.1 to "regular" release...?

regular is left+right channels which is simple stereo.
5.1 is: rear left, rear right, back left, back right, center and a channel for sub woofer.
I don't see 6 channel fit the ordinary Audio CD, but it fits well in DVD Audio which is a relatively new Audio standard that can be read by the newest DVD hardware.
The only DVD Audio release that i've seen was Orbital's - The Altogether album. Didn't hear it but it should be quite an experience.

i dont think he will realese album with 5 channels on every track..
becose for hear on 5 channels you need dvd and it's can be only on dvdrom and you can hear on audio cdrom.. |

Not definitely, there is Dolby Pro Logic technology which allows to encode 5.1 data in stereo signal.
But if it's a DVD release, then it goes for a DVD!
Also most new computers with modern sound cards got a surround output and installing a DVD on a computer is possible as well.

there is an option in Logic Audio to mixdown (bounce) in 5.1 surround.....
i've often wondered how it would work. Does it bounce 6 seperate wav files?
Has anyone experimented with a 5.1 mixdown and a DVD burner?
I'd love to know how you went....

that's what i call progress!
once more i need to say that we are holding back in evolution really tight...
nothing goes forward if the consumer's needs are not exhausted..
we should have already moved to dvd music & data and be searching for a new mean for the future....

we are still talking about Dado
"Hell Sonic" is made in 5.1 surround, no ???
The sound there is just Brilliant !
is there any connection or the mastering is perfect?

all newer Audio Editing Progs have an option for it...i would love a party to have this kind of sound...it would be total chaos..

Yeah...true you can even bounce down in 5.1 with cubase... all you need is the right soundcard... and enough speakers to hear what's going on.... and then there will be chaos....
music is going towards surround... and eventually all music will be written in surround.. it's going to be amazing..
just give it time.
