Belarussia's 4Kuba return for the third instalment of their storming Burning Cactus EP and the ninth release on iBreaks Bass, the imprint which showcases the harder side of the world's largest group of breakbeat labels. We reckon it's the tastiest of the series so far.
Coming on like the kind of beats you might hear dropped on the soundtrack to a Blade movie, "Dildoes" throws a massive electro rave riff over 4Kuba's trademark rock-flavoured drums for a slab of essential wax that will embed itself in your cerebellum. This one is guaranteed to top all the breaks charts going.
On the flip, "Combination" goes with a tough yet unorthodox approach that will be lapped up by fans of the duo. 4Kuba have the potential to be a Prodigy for the 21st century, and this is their most impressive work yet. Get on it.
