just check it out and try it..

cutoof is a parameter in voltage control filter or in a digital filter..

there is no general cutoff..

the track will usually play faster and therefore the pitch will go higher, same like on any vinyl or pitchable cd player..

usually you can avoid this in the options when changing the sample rate ..

and btw i talk about audio, not midi..           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

What “all things”?
Frequencies on your EQs? Thresholds of your limiters? Bit depth of your bitcrushers? Start and stop points of you audio playback?
Probably not, right?

I am not trolling with you. I am a beginner and actually would like to know what you are talking about (so that I could avoid this problem in the future).

The Speed and pitch WILL change, absolutely certain. It may be a sync related issue, generally I don't recommend using 48 khz sampling rate, unless you want the file for a movie session , they usually come with 48khz sampling rate. For music, 44.1 with 20 khz 2 pole lowpass filter will do the job perfectly! And as good with no audible difference. Check the forum, there are tons of threads with that theme and 100'ds of posts in here. I tried what you did there, I had to reload the synth each time. The cutoff, was the same on each instance of the same preset I made. So not sure what your problem is.
