huh i thought it meen actualy something
like there is Album cuts from almost evry album some good tracks just does not fit so they left out of the album...
then the label take the best tracks that didnt fit the albums and make compilation.. therefor it called "prime cuts"
but im completly not sure this is the cases here.. just how i always thought its working

there is a v/a called Prime Cuts by Beef Records...now 40% has come out v/a Prime Cuts...
