Cyzum (pronounced psy-zum) has established himself as one of the top psychedelic trance DJs and producers in America. He is the label DJ for Soular Records (www.soularrecords.com) and resident DJ at Cubik in DC (www.buzzlife.com), where he's headlined alongside Infected Mushroom, John 00 Fleming, Astrix, Astral Projection and more. Through the world renowned Konvocation (www.konvocation.com) events, he has helped to permanently implant psychedelic trance in America.
On Cyzum's monthly radio show, The Static Channel, he'll bring you the best psychedelic trance from around the globe. The first half of the show features the best new and unreleased psytrance in a one hour mix by Cyzum. The second half features a guest mix from one of his many DJ friends from around the world.

This month's guest is none other than Dimitri, of Spun Records (www.spunrecords.org). Dimitri’s work in the music industry in the UK Dimitri had started in promotions doing DJ, radio and press for Junior records, Massive Attack, Leftfield, FSOL, Underworld, Dimitri from Paris and many more. Additionally Dimitri’s studio experience also includes being Sasha’s studio assistant and also production manager for Roger Sanchez’s Narcotic Records (London 1995-6). Formerly at TIP World Records, Dimitri was A&R’ing the choice of albums and singles releases. As a former TIP DJ and representative, Dimitri DJ'd every weekend and organized many of the TIP parties world-wide. He's played all the major festivals in the recent years, from Voov, Trancendence, and Eclipse to Samothraki and Fuji and he continues to DJ incessantly. He's collaborated with Astrix, GMS, Talamasca, Hallucinogen and Wrecked Machines, as well as the collective "The Good The Bad and The Ugly" with Deedrah and The Antidote.
