64 bits = more ram for software native in 64 bits.
But many plug ins wont work on 64 bits, specially if the daw doesnt support a kind of bridge (Reaper does it excellent).
32: less ram (up to 3.25), wont support future plug ins developed only for 64 bits.

I run windows 7 64 bit pro, i still use all my 32 bit vst & vsti's (over 180), system never crashed once and never got an error, go for the 64 bit version, think ahead. |
