dis is toooo goood to be true....let me pinch myself to see if its real !!! even tho i wun be comin........im still happy that all my Indian psyfolk can get 2 festivals with no stress 2 the back of their minds......the very best of luck to all url folk.....pls let the fulllineup on the site be the same in the festival ..........the name shud of the fest shud have been some dark disco-sunfest considerin ALL of DR is thhere !

Looks good but there are some things that don't make sense, hence the doubt.
The website http://www.darksunfest.blogspot.com/ advertises this festival using pictures of the Chikmangalur party and claims that "Nth Term productions in association with the organiser of the Taandav in the Hills in Chikmagalur"
This is not true. 6362 Metaforce were the "organizers" of the festival and they've been very outright about the fact that they are NOT associated with this event.

I really hope you guys are not talking about the people who did local groundwork for the chikmangalur party : ie ... spacecase and that crew... because they did a shit job and you're going to get urself into deeper shit if you plan on working with them.
Who are these organisers ? Its cool that Discovalley and other labels are representing but they are DJs, Artists & party orgs... it takes a lot more to do a 7 day festival. The groundwork for Shanti Jatra has been in full flow for a long time now.
Speaking of which... we'll be in Nepal for the same so hope this works out and is legit... I bet a lot of people who are coming for the first festival will extend their stay to be there for this.
@ Stranger : you said "why to be all crap? " ... Considering that many attendees are coming from India the crap flinging is a valid safety measure. 270 people including 2 international DJs were put in jail for several weeks because of unprofessional organising (Pune bust). I really hope you're covering your own ass by finding out all the details before you head out to this event.
