To much speculation over this party. A little more information like the EXACT address to this place would help in a little research. Plus I'm sure I wouldn't dare to encroach on land..specially a reserve.

If its on reserved /parkland...its not only unwise to have it there bcoz its reason enuf to stop it...but also spare thought for the flora n fauna der.....obv where theres a party theres gonna be litter , campfires ,not to mention the loud noise which will freak the animals....
The moondust fest if im not mistaken was also held on some reserve land...n dat was a major case against it....how the local collector or sumthin sanctioned the use of the reserve land for a fest...so i guess people wudnt want this reason cropping up later eh?.....stay safe and care for nature pls....even if this fest is not on park area...pls make sure dat u get some people on a constant job of cleanin up durin n after the fest ...

Discovalley records are Teo,his wife Yuki & me!so,believe me i'm leaving in Goa/Chapora 15 years allready & Teo more than 25 years & of course year by year many things changing there,like every other place in this world called Earth!

So please if u realy think that Teo,Yuki or me r "thieves",or u have any other problem and doubts about us,then come down to chapora 2 tell us about it!

It is really good to hear that there is awareness when it comes to the natural world....
Of course we are concerned for nature and have great appreceation for the natural world...
It is for these reason's that we chose such a beautiful place...
That is why we are not having a party in the park but on private farm land...
They grow corn's in this land (and during November the field's are empty)
Considering the amount of rubbish that is created over the course of the festival we are considering as many eco friendly option's |

well to start of with ... these ppl behind this id are not from israel .. they are the real local people from nepal with a vast knowledge abt connections with local authorities as well as knowing very well places ard the country of nepal and its biological nature etc etc etc
and talkin abt discovalley records ..

lemm tell u something man , these are some of the most REAL ppl that u will ever come across and specially in this day and age ..
chapora aint what it used to be hmmm ... nothing in this world is what it used to be ... apart from the nature stuff n all of that .
and talkin abt a reality check , dude if u have guts then come down from nepal to mapusa and take a cab and reach chapora ... chill ard for a bit near the chapora tree , have a juice or 2 and walk abt 15-20 steps and u will reach the discovalley records cafe ..
so come down and introduce urself to some very friendly and respectable and powerful ppl full of good vibes for the positive energies in this world ...
but lemme also tell u 1 more thing very very clearly man ., ppl are very sensitive down there , coz they have lived most of there lives in this part of the world , m not sure u might even be that old as compared to the number of years theyy have existed here ..
they also have a SENSITIVE nerve which is BEST if not messed ard with ..
i have known discovalley recs crew for a reall y long time now ... starting from me partying in goa in my teenage years almost a decade back , and a decade is a long enough time to know what kind of ppl are existing and what kind of ppl should not be existing ... and for ur info if u go to goa now in these years u will find more often than not ppl coming here for the real psychedelic culture , hippy -happy vibe ..
neways thats it for now ..
just putting across a small lil message for some very few chosen 1's who fail to understand very simple things ..
sorry if i was being harsh ..
but to me discovalley recs is a very big thing in goa and some 1 takin fluke pot shots at them is not really working out ..
so man . come over , to the coffe shop , smoke some chillums and have lemon tea or something and feel the vibe .. BE there to feel it AND to understand it
andi also understand ur concern regarding the festival location n permission n stuff like that etc etc etc .. that is entirely upto the orgs and they are responsible for it ..
discovalley rceords will be representing its artists and label n music .. they are not the organizers of this festival .. Discovalley Records is a BIG part of it but they dont organize it ok .
so make sure of what u write abt them and get ur facts right before u post it here , coz this is related to the promotion of a festival and not really for the issues that ur coming up with

Failing which.. Seriously though: is this your first time in a forum? You sound like a kid who's pissed off because you didn't think of making the festival first..
And who is "we"?
If we're being warned about a scam party we'd like to know who you are and on what basis you're chucking accusations about the place.. Surely it's a valid question since you so love the trance people and such like. Have you made any parties or festivals at all? Ah don't bother. Rhetorical.
As to the question of insulting your intelligence, Tsk...Tsk... Young Hermimoe.. Please focus on the festival and how one can make it a better experience as opposed to giving in to any hormonal surges/mid-life crisis you're going through.
