Is this for real?
Pokhara is a National Park and therefore not party land.
For ANY foreign national to go there requires a trekking permit
Please explain just how you have permission from Nepal to make this fest. A quick telephone call to Kathmandu foreign office says they do not know about this at all
You can't just do your tatti in the trees - get real - think of the locals who DO drink the water.
Oh, and it's called Pokhara, not Pokhra

yo .. pls try be civil in your criticism here m8 , we don't need these posts deleted ..lots of ppl seem to have serious doubts about this festival .. now who exactly is nterm and what parties have they organized before ? like i said before .. a fuking 7 day trance `festival` with what .. 40 odd artists from around the globe ..wow .. impressive indeed but quiet a bolt from the blue .. so im a bit skeptical here .. ill only be satisfied when the artists advertised here come and post their : `tickets in hand , payments made.. on our way` .. the shanti jatra fest on the other hand is a safe bet i think ..apparently that crew been rocking nepal for a while .. but these guys ? id like my question answered ..
who are nterm ?
what events have they organized before ? (links?)
gotta learn to crawl ..before u get to walk , sprint , fly ..

I have to say that i was in Nepal for one mounth and to go to Pokhara,Katmandu & even Chituan (this is the national park) i did't need any special trekking permition! |

Hermione Zap Zap you look such a sensitive person by caring so much about the water that the locals will drink!but the way you write is so much not civil!how can you be so sensitive & uncivil at the same time!i'm impressed with the way u use so nice the wocabulary!
and as i see here at the forum "zmandan" say that "u can do a tatti just dig a hole in the side" NOT one of the organisers!
Please read carefully before you complain!

and organisers looks like they are allready spending a lot of money to book artists tickets and i read also that they will pay artists some money in advance!so in this case if is a fake festival and they just want to "scab money from people" or "rip off the psy people" doesn't make sence what u say my friend!it only make sence that you want to make the lawyer of the Devil!if you understand what i mean!

that's right zmandan!i agree with you!so let's wait for the artists to post something confirming the tickets!that will be nice and will keep some "snakes" mouths shut down i quess!from my side...i wish the best for the promoters and the people that is trying to make this festival come true! |

What alot of posts Slak, skal, whatever......
I spoke to Marcel who Lives in Kathmandu and he gave me the reason for my earlier posts.
There is 3 tribes of Elephants in the Pokhara park, and also 12 tigers, so NO WAY will there be allowed a loud music fest there.
Stop thinking peope are idiots to scam money out of them. We've had enough of this with Freaky Dragons and Shamanik. You are not going to be the next scam.
WE all know it's easy to make a fest on paper and get pre-sale ticket money, then bugger off with the cash like rich Delhi boys. In reality, you are hurting people. So stop this before others get hurt losing their money.

anyway .. what i think people are going to get here .. is a very watered down version of what has been advertised , with some indian kids and the odd discovalley artist .. maby teo and some .. those guys are in goa always ..
