ok i was going to post this in the india section but it seems pretty major and related possibly to the general state of psy (goa) trance...
perhaps its time for some proper PR for our scene? there is a propaganda war going on and being quiet and sneaky will no longer work.
its time to discuss general strategies to separate possible drugs offenses of individuals and dance music parties in the publics mind. (and the police)
for too long we have allowed major violations of artistic and cultural expression in the name of the war on (some) drugs.

Hundreds held in India party raid
Indian police have arrested 281 people for alleged drugs offences in a raid on a party in Pune, 220km (140 miles) east of Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra.
Most of those arrested were students but there were also a number of professional people and eight foreign nationals, police said.
Officials said those arrested would face charges of selling or using banned drugs and would appear in court soon.
Correspondents say such rave parties are not unusual in Indian cities.
Senior police official Nangre Patil said the raid came after a tip-off from local informants.
Correspondents in Mumbai say for such parties invitees are informed of the venue and the time via phone text message or the internet. |

there is one thing that party ppl can do:
be carefull with your drugs...
dont show them publicly!
in some parties there is police undercover agent
if you dont using drugs....GOOD FOR YOU!
