Wozdra Mala Raya  This is the announcement for the Rumpeltanzchen Festival
Here are some notes - Rumpeltänzchen 2006 :
- Open Air Psychedelic/Progressive Trance Festival Livno (BiH) , 28 - 31 July
- The Organizers (Rumpel-crew, goabase) are planning an all-inclusive package with flight to Split or Dubrovnik and shuttleservice to Livno.
- The Campingarea is already opened on Monday, before the start of the festival, with a nightly music program starting on Tuesday. The main floor is opening on Friday.
- This Festival can be your perfect summervacation. Livno is placed amidst beautiful and interesting destinations like Plitvicka Jezera (Lakes of Plitvice), where famous western movies were shot, and various national parks. Also, Adriatic Sea is only 70 km away.
- Busko Jezero (Busko Lake) is only 10 km from the town. There is a small airstrip from where you can take an air-tour and watch the festival area from air. Paragliding is also available.
- The city of Mostar (the city with the Old Bridge of Mostar), is about 100 km to the south-east.
- On Monday, 24th July, food and drink shops will be opened, with regional and worldwide known food specialties. Bosnian, Croatian, Bulgarian meals, pizza, sandwiches, thai food etc.
- The Festival Area is enclosed by small rivers, which will be very helpful in the "burning hours of july", and also showers will be available at the coast of the river.
- Toilets will be placed in central part, with enough space for everyone
- There will be a family area with a disco and care for children. Apart from that you will find all the ingredients for an international festival.
- Rafting tour in the Cetina River Canyon is also available.
- When it comes to the music part of the festival, you will hear artists and dj's from 13 different countries , and 3 different continents!!

I am sure its gonna be cool festival , with nice line up ..with some of my friends playing on it ...but as someoone who has house there ,lived there for a while ,and knows the situation in Bosnia..i can only advice to all of you ....
Be carefull !!!!!
Dont forget its AFTER WAR country !!

Well friend, believe me, there is no need to worry about that.. War times are 10 years behind us, and may the God keep it far away from us.
There are many countries where people are endangered 10 times more than here.. And still there are many parties, festivals and trancers... Bosnia and Herzegovina is peaceful country, with loads of love towards all... all the suffering from the past must stay in the past, and we must love all to have bright and healthy future...
So, all of you who love trance, and not this political propaganda stuff, come and visit Rumpeltanzchen, i am sure you will enjoy every second of it ...

It´s nice to see people around Bosnia supporting this festival, but what happened 10 years ago is like the word says "happened". It´s past, there are enough people there that just want to build some better and peacefull future.
i lived there and i can tell you form 97 I am coming bacjkt there avery year for a holiday and in all this years i never felt some insecurity.
an cultural gathering like this it´s just a sign of that. So there is realy nothing to worry about, I mean we all from Balkans had enough trouble in the past so in stead of staying in past isn´t better to build and create the present and future?.

If there is a group of locals who will guide guests to the festival and accompany people around the area, I don't see a reason for fear. Fear causes people to feel insecure and threatened. Fear is a creation of people themselves and it poses as a barrier to tolerance.

There is no reason for fear at all!
Especially if you had nothing to do with it in the first place, maybe you should clean up your closets first and reconsider your fear "reasons", you'll probably see it's all in the eyes of the beholder.
