Psychedelic Trance, Progressive and Chill
Transcience has suddenly burst into being, shaking Camden Town till late every Sunday night. With a host of DJs from around the world this is a truly global scene resonating with the deep hypnotic sound of Psy trance. It all started at the Bucks Head pub. Every week more and more people discovered what was happening. Inevitably, it soon became necessary to find a bigger place to cater for the crowds and the Transcience guys were quick off the mark.
Transcience has the pleasure to happen every Sunday at Proud (please visit www.proud.co.uk), in the Stables market, and is right in the heart of Camden town. An amazingly lush 500 capacity venue with crystal clear sound system plus massive chillout area, complete with a row of double king size mattresses for maximum relaxation – it’s the right place to finish your weekend and start your Monday. In summer it transforms into a fabulous open air arena, fresh in the summer breeze for all the people to meet and enjoy.
The main room is co-hosted by Sinewave (Alchemy Records) and Sutekh (Antiworld UK) with top Live acts and DJs pounding out the powerful sounds of the psychedelic underworld, evolving from chill out and progressive, to full on Psy-trance, bringing together international and local upcoming talents all under one roof. Entrancing visuals are brought to you by Frolic, with VJ artists to enhance the magic of the dance floor.
In the main Chill area, acoustic sounds with tribal musicians and free jamming will be warming the vibe, with an amazing healing area (Christian organic) and even some photo shoots to contribute for art movements. Performers are welcome to contact us anytime and bring some ideas.
All this for 3 quid on the door!
And if that’s not enough, we'll be raising cash and awareness for The World Land Trust (www.worldlandtrust.org). This is a special cause devoted to saving the rainforests of Brazil and other environments around the world from destruction and development. Every £25 raised, buys the right to protect one acre of rainforest. 10% of the door money is going to straight to the trust. That will surely give you something to dance about!

oops a little error on the free entry...Transcience is 3 quid all night which when you think about it is still such a bargain and your entry is a donation to help save the rainforests in South America and other protected environs around the world!
