No - WMP cannot handle 24bit audio at all as far as I know.

Holaaa OTTie mate .
Well , just found it .... 
all we need is to install last version of Winamp, and that codec is there , included .
Finally 24 bit quick playback !!!

play your music in the classic media player after the installation.
this will play your 24 bit song's
