Cette soirée de présentation aura lieu au restaurant La Piste Verte, 56 rue Pajol dans le 18ème arrondissement de Paris. Ce petit restaurant clair du quartier de La Chapelle permet l’incontournable rencontre de Thomas et Aurélia qui ont conçu le lieu dans l’esprit des tables d’hôtes de nos régions.
C’est en effet leur meilleur prétexte au partage des merveilles qu’ils ramènent de leurs excursions un peu partout en France.
Carte de saison, légumes du marché, soigneusement choisis un à un, au toucher, dégustations découverte, tournantes harmonieuses d’expos d’artistes aux murs, La Piste Verte est une histoire de copains qui se retrouvent à diner pour se faire plaisir.
