220 Volts presents a unique event to take place in Athens on Saturday 13 of December at The Cultural Center Hellenic Cosmos (Building 56, Pireos 254) with special guest from Israel the one and only Astrix plus a live perfomance from Pause and dj sets by DJ Doc and Steve Sai.
ASTRIX DJ Set (Hommega Productions / Israel)
Astrix is Avi Shmailov from Israel,number 43 on the DJ Magazine top 100 dj's list of the world.Signed on the prestigious Hommega Productions and having released two personal albums on the label Avi is considered today as one of the superstars of the trance scene with his distinctive,melodic and powerful full on style.He has released many tunes on the best labels of the scene including TIP World,Vision Quest and Spun Records and is always featured on the line up of the biggest trance festivals of the world.He is at the moment putting the final touches on his upcoming album Red Means Distortion and he is back in Athens for a perfomance not to be missed under any circumstances.The crowds favorite is here to turn the dancefloor upside down.
PAUSE Live Perfomance (Harmonia Records / Greece)
Elias Markopoulos and Dimitris Katsafados are the masterminds behind the Pause project.Signed on Harmonia Records they recently released their debut cd single Genetika and they are currently working on their debut album that will be released early in 2009.They are considered as an upcoming major force of the greek scene and they will present their bright new material on a unique live perfomance.
DOC DJ Set (Candyflip Records / Greece)
For more than 12 years DJ Doc has been touring the globe with his great mixing skills and unique music taste performing in countries such as Mexico,Japan,Australia,Germany,Hungary,Belgium,Portugal and more.Since 2002 he is an official dj of Candyflip Records and he is considered as the finest and most respected greek dj of our days.Doc returns to Athens for another magical night.
STEVE SAI DJ Set (Harmonia Records / Greece)
Born and raised in Athens Steve is an active dj for more than a decade and the current label manager of Rhythmetic Records plus an official dj of Harmonia Records.With countless appearences in all major clubs and events all around Greece and a perfomance in the famous Love Parade 2006 he is one of the most well known figures of the greek dance scene.No matter what your musical preferences are Steve has suprises for everyone so keep an eye on him wherever he plays.
THIS IS ONE OF THE LAST EVENTS FOR 2008 BEFORE THE NEW YEARS EVE EXPLOSION WHICH WILL BE ANNOUNCED VERY SOON.
Artist bookings provided by Exposure Productions and Harmonia Records.
Date of the event is Saturday 13 of December and doors will open after midnight.
The event will take place at The Cultural Center Hellenic Cosmos (Building 56, Pireos 254).
No illegal substances will be tolerated,respect the hospitality of the venue and help us to protect our scene.
Management reserves right to refuse admission.Age Limit 18+
Entrance Fee 30 Euro.

yeah! very good,
i just hope for astrix to play
some better and more unreleased stuff, cause
previous time he was here... (x-ct+) didn't
enjoyed him at all... i believe you know what i
mean, (the same and the same and same well
known astrix songs)

New album (Red Means Distortion) and cd single by Astrix are both ready and going to be released in the upcoming weeks so i guess you dont have to worry about listening new and unreleased material  |

Everybody nowdays wants unreleased...)
but those who know just KEEP THE SPIRIT AND DANCE good music...
all that matters....

astrix is one of the pioneer and every time his set is beter...if someone dont like dont come...but every time at astrix events the clubs are full...why;;;i think that speak it shelf.
