im always get messeges from this number about events, and i want to know who sending it and were he gets my number.

2199 is an identification number of a software that sends the SMSs. the software was developed by sms4all company and is used by most of the promoting ppl here in Israel.
I have gone through all that while checking if my mobile phone provider can block certain numbers from sending me SMSs. their answer was no.
I had also talked to the sms4all (the software providers) and they say they can do nothing. They advised me to call the promoters and ask them to take me off the lists. should I mention that it didn't work???
organizers, PLEASE, stop harassing ppl...
(I can truly say that I never gave my cellphone to any promoter, so I get those SMSs without asking for them)
