The little break @ 05:25 - how is this effect done? Stretching? Bit redux?

AND

the sound that comes in at 0.50 just before the KBBB kicks in. I think it's similar to the previous effect somehow. Is it stretching? How can one achieve these effects?

fruity granulizer i guess u can do that bouncing the main beat and put it in the granulizer
