Yeah, we gotta know that pure "goa" trance wasn't something that came out suddenly with this name. I remember even before this music was tagged as psychedelic or goa trance, it was mostly called acid trance or hard trance.
You could listen to some radio playing man with no name and tagging it as hard trance, @ some early broadcasts, even before life fm...(by the way who remembers d-bass and his mate picking up phones greg staikos ? ahhh....breakbeat.....)
Anyway someone mentioned fuzz club, actually it was FAZ, and petros kozakos (aka floorfiller) used to play some "hard trance" tunes, which gradually made the genre of goa.
So, Detox allready mentioned some names that actually "made" goa, like Eat Static or the Overlords (remember sundown ? pfff what a track, I still listen to it) , and we can never be sure who was the 1st Dj to play Goa trance in Greece, because of this "gradual" transformation towards goa. Early platipus collections and singles describe this music very well.
For sure though lorry, nikos liquid, giannis megas and more were in the frontline when goa hit the mainstream. But I'm pretty sure that others were involved earlier, when the whole thing was much more underground. I wasn't that lucky to be in parties in 1992, or 1993, I listened to the music though coz I was buying vinyls like crazy back then, but I was on just the very first "mainstream" ones, were guys like the above were playing mostly @ Alsos. From stories i've heard, some after parties @ oinofyta or varympopi back then (92-93) featured the first goa trance dj sets. As to who was mixing, nobody remembers really.

first was club fuzz - serious electro tunes -
|
|
...Along with club Tessera and West (that later was named Alsos) in Athens and Troll in Thessaloniki
I think the first Greek DJ to introduce Goa Trance to the Athenian audience was Nikos Liquid Love, in Alsos, I'm not so sure though.
If he didn't introduce it, for sure he was the one to establish it in the ears of the croud.

| hehe, nice memories from Kosta, but imo, was most at hard trance/hardcore than Goa trance involved. But for sure he was interested also for Goa trance sounds.
I remember also Sakis from Liquid Love among with Niko of course and Johny + Thanos from Los Locos @ Paros spining Goa Trance vinyls around 1991-92
