Earthdance 2006 Sofia will contribute its profits for plantation of trees for the mountain Vitosha.
Along with the musical programme there wil be seminars and workshops for ecology, music and photography.
An internet conferencing connection will be present providing real-time experience from the earthdance events around the globe.
Directions: lodge "Momina Skala" is situated 15 minutes from "Zlatni Mostove" in the national park Vitosha. Getting there by car is easy. From the centre of the city go to Boulevard "Bulgaria" and then drive straight ahead until you start climbing up the mountain Vitosha. Then follow the signs.
Transportation:Vans to 'Zlatni Mostove" // departing from the Russian Momument (Ruski Pametnik) on every 30 minutes.
Buses // departing from bus station "Ovcha Kupel"
Unlike the previous years, this year we have the ambition to raise a fund for saving the forest in the mountain of Vitosha , which has been struck from a terrifying disaster in the year of 2002.
The money that is gathered from the festival will be donated to the resource organs which are assigned in solving the problem. The main purpose of this event is to open the hearts of the people by donating for the forest wealth.
For the ecological purposes we will have, litter cans, eco-toilets, and we will organize a cleanup (after party) on the 18.19.20 of September.
