1200 mics live in Brazil and Inner Action ?!

well just listened to the 1200mics live in Brazil CD (came out recently). one thing is puzzling me... i hear at least two times the first sample from Inner Action - Incorporated [VA - Killers INC 2005 3D Vision Records]. One of the times is in atb 18:35... it's exactly the same sample.
any one knows something about this? Did Inner Action give the sample to 1200 mics (or the opposite). where is the sample from?
full_on guess this one is for you (full on and brazil hehehe)
EDIT: i heard this in other tracks... don't know if in my collection or live but i've heard it. |

What is said in the sample?
Possible both artists took the sample from a sample CD...

it's not speech (neither a voice) is something that looks like drums and then some rain (it's too reverbed... it's hard to say...)
i'll upload samples later today (can't now have class in 5mins lol) |
