12 Moons is Michael Andressen form Sweden.
Releases on Spiral Trax, USTA, Transient, Flying Rhino and Dragonfly (Amongst others)
He is also responsible for the Healer ambient project.

He also has another side project called NESER D.N.A. and he released a track under this name called "Stainless Steel" on the first Boshke Beats compilation. The track is very different from his 12 Moons material, very slow, dark, and minimal. To me, it is one of the top 10 most interesting tracks released in 2002.
I think he will be releasing more stuff on Boshke Beats in the future.
