(There are only 90 beds and 150 places available for the dinner, so...hurry up!)
There are 600 places available on the guest list. (The venue capacity is 700 people.)
There should be enough room for everybody, but please park your car properly, not to block or obstruct other people's vehicle. We would also be grateful if you could not leave any garbage in the parking site, as it often, alas perhaps always, happens...

The party will be held in the hotel Borgosereno (www.borgosereno.it ). The venue is located in the middle of the woods of the province of Alessandria, close to the town of Voltaggio.
For the whole weekend the hotel will be at our disposal only.
Of course only those who have booked a room will have access to it.
There will be a security service entitled to manage the access to the area and we guarantee that they will be friendly and open-minded (for instance there will be no problems if you want to bring a couple of friends to your room, but obviously not ten friends.)
The dance floor is next to a terrace with a view on the swimming pool of the hotel.
Unfortunately in May the swimming pool will be closed, but you never know...
The capacity is 500 people in the main floor and 100 people in the chill out area.

The dance floor gives access to a big terrace with a view on the valley.
Please respect the few basic rules of the venue.
For any problem please talk first with the organizers in order to avoid any argument.
Parties are organized to have fun all together: smiles are welcomed, but not excess and fight.
Please respect the venue and other people and it will be the best party ever!
A road runs alongside the hotel, the swimming pool is in the backyard...this is a legal party but please do not drag the party out on the road...you can stay in the back of the hotel, where there is also a parking site...in order to prevent unexpected visits.

All the best for this gathering, it is a realy nice initiative... I really hope it will work... boy I would love to be there... its a pitty I am to broke to go so far
