It's not a full, formal performance, but alas they always put on a great show of fire play/breathing/fighting/eating.
If anybody else is so inclined to bring fire toys, please do so!!!! The only requirement is that you have a safety person watch over you with a Duvetee or a small fire extinguisher.
The land is very dry, but the brush is spread out liberally so there isn't any major danger of fires getting out of control. But of course, personal safety is our main concern and we don't want to have to rush anybody to the emergency room for burns.
play nice with the aliens!!!! They're coming down for ~m~ and to hear some nice, trippy beats.

WOW!!!!!
This party was amazing. First of all, there was a rainbow on the way there, a sure sign of positive vibes emanating through the universe towards me. Then, the number of familiar faces kept growing, until I felt like everyone I had and had not expected to show up to this event was there... a big thanks to all my brothers and sisters who made the long drive down from SF to be with us!!!! And the fire was breathtakingly beautiful, especially after watching the crew build it up in such an artistic manner.
I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!

A truly wonderful desert party! A huge thank you to all of the psycircle crew for helping put this event together, to Drewcifer for making sure we had enough wood to keep us warm and to all of the XLR8er Crew for the huge fire --to Ghreg for an awesome sunrise set, and to all the folks who came out to dance—there is no party without you all—and of course thank you Emi for having this party idea in the first place and making sure it happened.
And most of all, thank you dearest Desert for the spooks and scares and for not claiming our souls.

the word psychedelic literally means mind manifesting, and thats what this party was to me, a truly psychedelic experience. The layers and layers of sound waves over the desert launched me from the mojave to outerspace! All the psycircle djs played amazing sets and Ghreg on Earth took it to the NEXT LEVEL! The ultimate environment, the ultimate music. Truly what a psychedelic party is all about. Cheers psycircle! I cant wait till you guys have another one.....BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I feel so blessed to have an amazing family surrounding me, not just in my own personal circle but stretching up and down the west coast. The support received from Northern california was incredible. Everybody we wanted there made it down. Kudos to all for making the trek and putting blind faith in the desert, regardless of the weather.
You are truly hardcore and we definitely cater to that!!
This event came to fruition based on 100% COMMUNITY EFFORT!! It amazes me at the resources that are available in this community, from the generator(spyros to the rescue!), to the extra bits of deco(Magnolia, Desde, Katya's trippy Heads and LimberTimbre's friends), XLR8R(Drewcifer and Omega Crew), Sound system(greenman), DJ table (friend from SD), and of course the intense and positive energy given to us by all of you.
And of course the devilishly slick fire play between Katya and Rachey. Shit, I even lit up my new stave for the first time out there.
This type of event truly makes me feel alive and just re-inforce why I love this shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still glowing today.
As for our next event, get ready for next spring as we recieved excellent news before the weekend. It's going to be a treat and we are going to need a few months to make it happen.
we have a whopper of a surprise in the works but we don't want to let Satan out of the bag just yet. The planning is already starting, Onwards and Upwards!!!

This party was crazy and amazing. All DJ's played excellently and honored their timeslot very well. This was a party about expectations... and how you shouldn't have them, cus they're dumb and somewhat egotistical 
my FAVORITE set of this entire party was delivered by none other than Spyros... to me it was by far the most squishy and dancey music of the whole night and day, without the slightest hint of cheese whatsoever.
oh and yes, it was the coldest psy-trance party ever. the night-time dancefloor was totally packed, if any thing because there was no escape from the XLR8R! a December mojave party was an interesting experiment, i bet you next time people will bring supplies to build their own fire pits
