Zen Mechanics is playing again. closing set on Sunday along with Aphid Moon... All for $30!

We had a great time at this, thank you all for putting this together.
My lady and I had a blast partyin' with several of you...thank you Treavor, Kiva, Jack, Tanya, Brian Rae, Brian (Sentient), Justin, Derry, Saturnia...you all provided some serious entertainment during our visit from Colorado, and we look forward to making the excursion back your way here again soon, hopefully, for some more insanity.
Take care all, be safe, and hope everyone has gotten a bit more rest than the two of us have!

Finally recovered enough to put down my reviews.
Wow, what a party. Definitely one of the best mornings for me in North America. Was amazingly surprised by the level of energy. It kept going till late noon both the days.
Sunday morning with Menog, Barakuda, Aphid Moon, Spyros, Gatto Matto was incredible.
Chromatone, Zen Mechanics and Kiva were the highlight for me for the first morning.
Good job.

Damn! Some of you Mindoutpsyde peeps were there!?
I would've loved to have met you! My buddy JAHson that lives here but is from Iowa met you all earlier this summer and told you about we here at Paradigm in Colorado doing shows...he's a very serious part of our crew.
That would've been super cool to have finally met at least one of you in person.
I would have to agree that the sunrise sets into headlining talent playin' at 7:30 both mornings were the musical highlights for me...Chromotone into Kiva into Zen Mechanics into Treavor was simply an outstanding progression.

Thanks to Psytribe & Green Sector for putting on yet another top-notch event, though the first I've gotten to take part in. Coming from NY, it was so uplifting to party in such beautiful surroundings. The campground was unreal! The deco and dancefloor structures, especially the DJ booth, were really impressive. The turnout was less than anticipated, but everyone who came had great energy (and costumes)  . The sound system was top-notch...really brought the bass to life I enjoyed most of the music I heard, especially Kiva, Zen Mechanics, Konflux, and Sentient! Unfortunately, I slept through a lot of good stuff, but heard positive reviews Keep up the good work and thanks again for having me out. Hope to be back soon |

good times! Had a very loopy time and its great how everything sounds good when your having fun! Brandon Adams played some really cool stuff, enjoyed the sounds and basslines oooh the bass, and his mixing was exceptional as well. Thanks amigo!
Felt the love all around me. Love my Cali familia!
I don't know where everybody was though... Oh well, next time!
Overall my fav was Aphid Moon. I have always loved and played his music here in LA (he played all 3 tracks I've played of his) and his other music was the best for me the whole party. Spyros played a rocking set too. thanks bro!
Loved Zen Mechanics again I've always played his tracks here. Both guys really fit my taste in music and it was a pleasure to have heard them in my backyard. Good times.

Yet another fantastic weekend under the belt. Got to hang out with the LA Familia that expresses so much love, the SF crew-of-fun that knows how to throw down a good time, as well as meeting some newer faces, AND seeing some people I have not seen since the Ranch!!
Phenomenal.
Highlight for me was Chromatone's live set, Menog... and APHID MOON!!! WOW!! That just sealed Sunday morning for me. Everyone was going nuts!!
Green Truck was pretty killer too. Deco was amazing as always (yeah Cyberquest!)
All the CA DJs did their part, and thanks for that too.
What a way to end the 2008 outdoor season... |

Thanks all for a wonderful event. Good energy on the floor and had a great time.
Loved Zen Mechanics & Aphrid Moon - greats. Missed out on Menog - slept through the set. The CA crew including Kiva, Chromatone, Brian, Vasilly did a great job as well...
didnt get a chance to socialize enough...will try coming down for another event, if possible, this month... |
